Dealing With People Who Snore

How do you sleep with a snoring man in a small room?

It maybe that you are put there together with him or her, or he or she is your spouse, your parent, sibling, relative or friend who shares your room.

Will you wake him or her up?

Will you get out of the room and sleep somewhere else?

Will you take sleeping pills to make you sleep?

Some say we must get people to roll on their side or stomach, to help with their breathing and to stop their snoring.

Changing their sleeping position will surely help. But what if they snore again after some times?

Some prefer to use ear plugs. These are memory foam rubber, and very soft to put inside the ears.

You will be amazed that you can't hear a thing after you put them on. And you can sleep soundly after that.

Good ear plugs not only help you solve snoring problem. You can also use it to block out the noise of people walking, chatting, shouting, crying etc just by putting them on.

This will ensure you to do your own work in your own sweet time.

So, what should you do when sleeping with a snoring man in a small room?

You need not worry.

Good ear plugs will do.

Have a nice day.

I saw a pillow in Brookstone that supposedly keeps people from snoring.

That's nice. How is it supposed to do that?
